Can we use a new passport to issue student visa after getting approval? Do we have to inform ircc about the new passport?

Your counterfoil is of the passport they have on record.
If u get passport request and u submit another ( new ) passport without informing them in advance it'll obviously be a problem.

hi I have the same situation, do you have any news? Did you submitted your new passport? Did they allow you to submit the new passport for stamping of your student visa?
