hi Eagle and Bubbles87
Thanks for answer me back Eagle and Bubbles87. I hope now RMO tag the medical result to my file, I don't know why its taking too long to review the medical result and they also even ask any additional test. Anyways I am really thankful to both of you. Thanks

Hello guys,
Is anybody know who to contact if I need to make some changes with the GCMS?
Thanks

Your visa office, no one has the right to change info on your GCMS.

We just have to question them why they changed my spouse's name on file which is her middle name is missing. We just want to make sure that there will be no conflicts when they issue her visa. Thanks again Eagle333.

Hi Eagle333,
as you can see in my profile i am one of the very few from 2013 applicants.on November 16 in the reply of my inquiry i got an email From REO
Medical and immigration department London

My question is what do you think are they bound to give an answer within 30 days i.e by 15 December or they can reply late as well????

Hey Eagle,

So LVO had FORGOTTEN to tell us to do the re-medical. And so after I got my notes I noticed that the medical had expired 3 months ago and they said they sent us an email. I sent them an email asking what happened etc. and they realized and finally sent us re-medical.

Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)

is there a website I can find all 3 of these forms?
Also is my husband suppose to print these 3 documents and give it to the panel physican as a check list?

Hi Esma,
Congrats !!! Remedical in any form, full or partial is a good sign. You can google that form and print it off. It has 7 pages so you just focus on the pages requested by the VO If you go to the panel Physician, with email they may understand it better. I also think the VO can answer you if you email your questions to them. :) ;)
Good luck.

The panel physician where i have done my re-medicals has this forms. You just need to take 2 passport size photographs , original passport and its copy with the printout of reassessment email.

Do we need to take these photos before the medical ? Or can it be done a few hrs or a day after the medical (i thought it said within 6 months of medical)

Esma you need to take those photos with you to the appointment along with the original passport. They will be attaching all the documents when forwarding the completion of your meds to CIC. If you don't have all the required documents for your appointment, it will only delay, and possibly the panel physician may also refuse to complete the test.
