Old Application Processing

I has been applied for visitor visa in GC Key in July 2020 and still in process. Now I decide that I am applying again on new IRCC portal. But I am confuse should I withdrawn old application or apply without withdrawn old application. Please share your opinion.

you can apply without withdrawing the old application..its seen that old gets withdrawn automatically when they process the new one

i applied my parents visitor visa in august 2021.. still waiting ? any suggestions

you can apply without withdrawing the old application..its seen that old gets withdrawn automatically when they process the new one

I submitted the new on in Feb and old one still active. Does that mean they haven't even started processing the new one?!
