Honestly I dont know.. I just received a letter last 2008 asking if I wanted to pull out my application.. So syempre dko pull out yung application ko.. Plus it's my fault din naman because I need to update my record pero dko pa na-update.. so eto ngayon ko pa lang inaayos yung mga need ko update.. I just found out after my 3rd time to apply for the tourist visa na yung Birthday ko was October 5 instead of May 10.. Dko alam kung ako yung mali sa paglagay ko sa application or sila yung nagkamalli sa pag-encode..

So eto.. gusto ko na nga mag-consult sa agency e.. kaso sabi naman sa akin, sayang lang daw ibabayad ko kasi nga nakapaghintay na rin ako ng matagal... haay

huwag mo nang i pull-out.. we also received the same letter. what we did was to just wait.. after almost a year, we got the letter informing us to submit the updated application, pay the right of permanent residence fee last february 2010. then first week of may 2010 we got the letter for medical request. we really need a lot of patience in waiting for their next letter..

Btw, san nga pala kayo na city stay sa Canada? Ako sa Vancouver.. Nandon kasi sister ko and aunt ko..

sa ontario.. specifically sa scarborough.. nandun cousin ng wife ko although i have relatives in vancouver.. well good for you at least you are studying french...

Oh men! I think they are prioritizing family applicants.. :-(

Yes men! I hope you are correct that CHC is prioritizing family applicants, supposedly we should got the visa last 2008, but since we are expecting our 2nd child then, we decided to wait for the baby and include him on the applications, we have given our 1st medical then waited for a year then 2nd medical, then waiting again up to now.....

Frankly, im loosing hope, but what the others have said on other topics, if they do not consider my application they should have rejected the application, the first time, so hope is still there that they will grant the visa, and if happens, we could be the happiest family in the whole world....

Canada is a promise land to many...that is why we applied to get the visa and maybe retire there.

If its God's will.........it will be DONE!

We already did our 1st medical last Feb 2009, and submitted on March 2009, 8 months after, CHC rquested for another PCC and then 4 months later, which is March 2010, we were requested for another medicals, POF and updated forms, since our medical is already 1 year, we requested again and we have done the 2nd medical this May 2010, since then no update from them.....

so 2005 na pala pinoprocess dito sa pinas, hmmmm, kung sa akin 2006, most probably, they will start processing ours next year and if visa will be granted, 2012 kami makakapagmigrate, so ilang months by dec 2012 end of the world na, ganun???

what is the name of your consultancy agency? Yours is faster. My application was filed March 2005 and "in process" April 2005 CIC manila and I have not received any update request until now.
