Okay to travel to another country AFTER COPR is issued?

Not sure if this can be an issue, but once COPR is issued, can the sponsored person travel to another country for a few days before making their move to Canada? Would it create any issues when they get to Canada at a later date?

Doesn't matter at all. As long as you land in Canada before COPR expires, they don't care where you're coming from.
