Ok so i'm doing the Sponsor part of the app. They ask "if i'm found ineligble to sponsor" do i want to withdraw my sponsorship or to proceed with PR app. Not sure what is the right answer here. We have already paid the sponsor fees.
Also there is no children on his side so for "Non accompanying Family members" does anything have to go there? TIA

I checked 'refund the fees', whereas many people here have said to check 'proceed with PR application'. I don't know what the right answer is!

I wonder if they proceed with PR application, if you can fix whatever went wrong with sponsorship at the same time? I also wonder if it makes me look somehow less committed by asking for the application to be stopped??

I do know that if he is your spouse and has no children, then there is nothing to put in non-accompanying family members. At least I know that part!

If found not eligible to sponsor, there is a question if you could continue the application on humane and compassionate grounds. If you don't foresee having any such grounds, I think you might as well check refund the fees and if this happened, order your FOSS notes, find out what is wrong, fix it and then apply again outland.
