I received a letter of interest from Ontario but am having difficulty accessing the website page. Is anyone else having difficulties signing on, and even if you do, it time-out within minutes?

It happened to me all the time last month while applying. Just try a few hours later.
I've been trying since last month, and I'm not getting anywhere. I even wake up at 1 am to 3 am hoping it's better at night, and to no avail.
