One of my friends who is an entrepreneur wants to move to Ontario, I read somewhere on the Ontario Provincial nominee program that people who are self employed and are currently in Ontario, can apply for OINP, and one of the documents that they need to provide for their PNP application, is the Canadian T4A STATEMENT (!!!)
My question is, how can somebody be in Ontario and working without being a PR and apply for OINP from within Ontario?If they are working, it means they are at least PR.
