Hi,
I am currently trying to apply for Foreign Job Worker stream. I recently just got promoted to become a supervisor 6 months ago, i see the foreign worker stream requires 2 years of experience. I have been in this company for 2.5 years. Technically before the promotion, my NOC code does not count in the TEER category, I am wondering if I am eligible for the foreign job worker stream or I only start counting on my new NOC code as of 6 months ago? Or I can sort of combine them to be 2 years.

thanks for the help!

From the site: To meet the work experience requirement, you must have at least two years of cumulative paid full-time work experience (or the equivalent in paid part-time work) in the same occupation (same National Occupational Classification code) as your job offer.

So you need 2 years experience in the same NOC.

Hi. can you explain a bit more about the cumulative work experience? I got some work experiences at another country, and some work experience from Canada. They are not continuous since my foreign work experience was gained three years before I got my canadian work experience, but they are under the same NOC code.

In this case, can I add them up to a 2 years work experiences?

Thanks!!!!
