For OINP you dont need job offer but you must have CRS score 400+lisizi said:

Do they give priority to specific NOCs?
I get more than 400 points on CRS and have 2 degrees already. I qualify in all the Human Capital requisites. I am studying another bacheor degree in Alberta (here in Canada) and will graduate in April 2017. I am wondering if I should apply now for the EE or should I wait a bit more?
