OINP waiting for submission

Hi completed my OINP application and and also paid the application fees but the status is still showing waiting for submission any idea what is wrong and how to get this fixed. I sent an email to OINP office but no response from them yet.

How many days did it take to have the status changed? I am having same problem, payment made, but status no change.
