Hi... I submitted late so can't expect anything anytime soon in my case. Also others who have submitted applications around mid November are having applications moved to assessment just now.

Expect a month at least if not more based on recent trends for the status update.
When you say job inspection, do you mean checking with the employer on whether your experience is legit?
Have not heard that its being done in every case, may be on a case to case basis probably? I guess if the documentation is straight forward and if the officer can verify that your employer is legitimate then that might probably be all.
I am quite worried...don't know why...actually can't believe I got an invitation...I will be relaxed after getting ITA...Do I need to worry at this point of time?
Hello! Well if you have already submitted the application, then its best to take a step back. There is nothing anyone can do by thinking or worrying about it too much. And also we all have to prepare for the waiting time that is ahead of us. Even after a nomination, to get the actual PR has a lot of waiting involved unfortunately. So try not to be consumed about it, you'll be fine
Also i think with OINP its not like the eAPR application, they don't out right reject the application, they do have a stage where they request for supporting documentation if needed. So guess that helps..

My agent has submitted all my documents; however, he has not submitted my ECA login details via payment which is 30$...He said he will do so afterward...Please mention that my file processing would have been started or it will start when he will give them my ECA login details.?...He said we can submit these details later on.

You really should provide them authorization to see ECA by paying the $40 fee. As clearly mentioned here (under Education subheader). Quoting directly from the link - "You must authorize the organization to share the results of your assessment specifically with the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Authorizing the organization to share the results of your assessment with IRCC is not sufficient for the purposes of your application to the OINP.
If you do not provide a copy of your ECA report and/or if you do not authorize an organization listed above to share the results of your assessment with the OINP, your application will be returned and your application fee refunded."
