OINP: Should we send copies of foreign diplomas in addition to ECA?

So the OINP application guide states that if we have foreign diplomas, we should just send a copy of the ECA.

However, in the checklist on the application form, we have as a mandatory requirement the item "Certified true copies of applicant's university degree(s), college diploma(s) and/or occupational certificates".

So I don't understand if I should also send certified true copies of my diplomas even if I will be sending the ECA in which they are assessed.

Send the ECA report and a copy of your degree/diploma/certificate.
