OINP Questionnaire: Immigation Information

In OINP questionnaire, there is a question in the 'Immigration Information' section.
'Do you have legal immigration status in Canada?'

I have an unexpired Canada visitor visa but I am not in Canada at the moment.

In this case, should I select 'Yes' or 'No'?

Thank you! so it is 'Yes' only of you are in Canada?
In that case, do I still need to upload a copy of the visitor visa in the documents section? or even hat is not required?

You have to upload complete copy of your passport regardless
