Good to know people are still talking about it. I created my EE profile in March this year and sadly, I am also waiting for the PT Interest. Getting a little frustrating and I have no clue when would they start issuing the same... Somewhere I read that they would restart the issuing on November 25th but obviously, it might not be a reliable source of news. My CRS score was 431.

If I was a betting man I'd bet on Mid december with a CRS cut off around 415...

But because of the late start or perhaps the increase in nominations quota they'll probably from the federal gov, we may see that they'll keep the 400 cut off...

That's what I found strange about Ontario before as it was too lenient selecting at least 400, without any barrier. Of course they would be flooded.

Manitoba should have got the same French stream as Ontario. That's unfortunate!

There would definitely be some changes incorporated when OINP opens again, they now know how OINP is sort out PNP so something like Manitoba is possible.

they created a big mess with this human capital stream, they have to be more organized or this nightmare will continue in 2017.

tabarnak!

I think they will open up once they implement their online application process. They announced in August that they are working on them:

Additional online application systems are being developed over the coming months.
http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

Considering the backlog of applications that they have and the new online system that they are working on. I would be very surprised if they open up again before Feb 2017.

that's what happens when you decide to implement a disorganized system, they clealy never thought about dealing with thousands of applications at the same time. now they are going to open an online application system to serve the new candidates but those who applied in 2015-2016 are still pending. it will be exactly as the old federal immigration system and Express entry. give me a break

Hi all,

I have a question regarding my age points in OINP. My scenario is, that presently I have above 400 score. Now If I get the OINP PT notification now, it takes more than a year to process till landing in Canada. So after one year due to my age increase I will lose score for age and go below 400.

No my question is that do they consider the same age and score which was at the point of PT notification throughout that lengthy process and keep it constant or I will have to withdraw, the moment my age increase and score decreases below 400?

Thanks.

Hi Guys,

IRCC is implementing the new rule change post 19th Nov.

I am speculating OINP should come up with some news on last week on Nov 2016.

Let see.

Thanks
