I'll tell you my case. An officer called me, asked if I had time to provide clarifications needed, and asked about:
- My work experience while doing full time studies in Egypt. He was ok with my answer that laws allow this in Egypt, he asked for details about work hours and vacations to calculate the average hours/week for the work.
- He asked about working on campus in Canada while my study permit says it is prohibited. When I told him I got a new study permit, and the older and the later permit on-campus work indefinitely, He asked me to provide a LOE as a copy of the new study permit. next day, he sent email asking for it, when I replyed, I got the nomination ~ 2 hours later.
