Hi
I got an invitation from Ontario 10 minutes ago . My score is 455 .
.Question is should I go ahead and accept this or I should wait for draws to come down to 455?
.Next question is If I applied for province will I still be considered in Express entry draws or No? I mean If I applied and draw occurs and score comes down to 454, Will I get ITA or no?

Thanks

You would probably get an ITA soon. However, If you dont mind shelling out 1500 CAD and want to be on the safest side, then pursue the Nomination.
If not just wait for the next two draws. see what happens

But If I proceed with this and while my application in process and score comes down, Will I get ITA or no?

yes if cut-off comes <= your score you will get ITA for sure based on your current score . and at that time you can opt out from oopnp.

You have 45 days to wait. at least wait for 40 days, if you don't get ITA then send application for OINP. by that time keep all your supporting documents ready.
You will be eligible to get ITA even if you have applied for OINP, but 1500 CAD is not refundable.

dont wait for anything and send documents. there are people who waited and declined and scores never dropped to 451 since than. so opportunities are to be grabbed without giving a second thought. thats my personal opinion

I suggest you prepare your documents for Ontario and send them across.

The AoR usually takes about 6-8 weeks. In the meanwhile if you do get your ITA based on your score, you can request them to withdraw your application and your money will not be wasted. However, this is at the discretion of OINP.

Many people have had their DD returned if they got the ITA before the AoR.

I will still say wait. your application should reach in 45 days. EOI is valid till then. prepare for docs and wait for ITA.
I am at 453 and waited till 23rd draw(38 days from OINP EOI), i had prepared all documents by that time. and finally i sent my application, it reached there in 3 days.
I am sure score will be at 450 before OINP processing.
On Ontario site they have clearly mentioned that fee is non-refundable if we get ITA before OINP nomination. so its worth to wait with 455 CRS.
