OINP NOI confusion

I have created a EE profile last year, recently I updated my 1 year experience on same profile. Also created a profile on OINP portal and applied expression of Interest under International Graduate stream. Now after a week I got a "Express Entry - Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter" on my EE profile.

Now the confusion is: Is this letter related to my applied Expression of Interest or it is under some other stream. Should I create a new application for this?
