You have to withdraw your application ASAP.
The best-case scenario would be that you get a refund. For that, you have to withdraw your application. The thing is since it's already in the assessment stage, it seems to me that they started processing it already, and as per their website:
"We will only refund the fee if we find that your application is incomplete or you withdraw your application before we start processing it.
We will not refund the fee if your application is unsuccessful"
