OINP is not working in Dec and Jan?

Hi all,
I got a PT notification of interest and collecting my docs. I assume my application will reach OINP at the end of November. I read on the forum that Ontario immigration is not working in Dec and Jan. So my question is: If my application reach Ontario on Dec 1, my application won't be processed until Feb, 2016?
Please advise, especially forum veterans. Thanks a lot!

I had PNP processing before in 2013 and they were working on applications till december vacations.

My application was cancelled during that time so i know that.

I don't think they will sending new invitations or accepting new applications all this would be passed onto new year now, i am expecting this coz the application for my colleague was carried over to March 2014 but it was normal PNP paper based application.

They will not work to process the applications. They will only receive the applications and most probably issue AORs. That's what they told me on call.

No. They work until the 24th.

I emailed them and they responded that they will work on Dec and Jan.
The OINP investor program is the one suspended, not Human Capital Streams.

No. Nominations will not be issued.
However, AOrs will be issued.

I think rafzy is right. Any nominations that come in Jan / Feb will be towards next year's quota. Hence this year's nominations would be till max mid -Dec (if that)

They would stop working and find out a way to invite all above 400 and will design a new method to do so. Give them time and see we all will get an PT from Ontario.

I expect one after their vacations !
