OINP invite 2020

Hi All,

I have received an oinp invite in my EE profile in Jan 2020 but due to some reason the oinp application was rejected. Now I have another oinp invite as of Nov 2020. Can I use the same (prev rejected application) oinp login to submit the application for my new oinp invite or should I create a new oinp login?
