Hi,

This is Jane, I transferred from a university outside of Canada to a Canadian university and graduated in Canada with a Bachelor degree. The Canadian University requests 120 credits to graduate, which I transferred 60 credits from my previous university and completed the other 60 credits in Canada.

I applied for OINP International Student Job Offer Stream back in December of 2021, and just got the Intent to refuse letter stating that
"The amount of course credit transferred is equal the amount of course credit obtained in Canada, as your degree required 120 credits, among which 60 credits correspond to studies conducted in your home country. Therefore, it appears that you have not completed more than half of your studies while living and studying in Canada."

Has anyone heard of this situation before? Is there any way that I can appeal for a review of this decision?

Any help is appreciated!!!

Thank you in advance all.
