URGENT HELP

There is NOC code discrepancy on my application.
My EOI was on code 33102 as I do almost all the duties and responsibilities and my contract states those responsibilities subsequently OINP invited me to apply. During my application my employer filled the employer form under 42201. Though I disagree with my employer stating my duties and responsibilities as 33102 he confirm and said he couldn’t change it due to signatories it will involve and the time.

So I went ahead and submit now OINP and there intent to refuse with the following.

you were invited to apply under 42201
“Not true as my EOI was under 33102”

I need urgent advice what I can do.
*My employer want to write a reference letter aligning my job responsibilities to both 42201 and 33102.
With this be enough.

Hire a lawyer
 
You don’t think my employer aligning both Noc codes and me showing documental evidence that my EOI under Noc 33102 will help?

This is the one chance you are being given to respond and address concerns and prevent a refusal. You want to provide as complete a response as possible.

There are many trying to stretch the definition of nurses aides when they are actually community workers in order to get selected for healthcare draws. Very tough for IRCC to believe that your employer wasn’t able to identify you were a nurses aide the first time. That is why you need a lawyer for your best chances of success.
