Hi, Today is the 45th and last to submit application for hcp but the oinp portal is not opening due to technical difficulties. Do they provide any extension on this if we tell them through web form?

Take screenshot of the technical difficulties, attach and raise webform. if the issue is for everyone they will extend it. Meanwhile you clear cache and try other system as well.
