Hello guys,
I need some help regarding my OINP application.
For list of visits to Canada, what should I put for the length of stay for my current location? I put the reason for my current location as "work" but I got laid of in November and I am still in the same location. So should put "To Present" for the length of stay and keep the reason as "work"?
Since I am unemployed right now, should I state that my current occupation is "unemployed" in part D?
For the occupation I intend to work in Ontario, should I put the same occupation which I have full 1 year exp in? I have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Canada but my 1 year work exp is in NOC 2261 which is non destructive testers and inspectors. I was wondering if it's gonna make things complicated if I put Chemical Engineering as the occupation I intend to work in Ontario.
Finally the most important part: I have travelled during my work and study periods, so should I break my work and study history down to mention travel periods? for example: I have work for company A from June 1st 2014 to November 1st 2015. But I have travelled between February 1st 2015 to February 15 2015 (vacation paid by the company A) outside of Canada. So should it go like this:
Company A: June 1st 2014 to January 31 2015
Vacation: February 1st 2015 to February 15 2015
Company A: February 16 2015 to November 1st 2015
Also, my flight was on January 31st 2015 but I reached my destination on February 1st. So should January 31st go to work history? I actually included that day as part of the paid vacation with the company I worked in.
Please let me know if any clarification is required and I truly appreciate the assistance provided.
