OINP Help Needed

Hi All, suggestion needed !
OINP application submitted - 10th April 2018
There has not been any change in the status of my application. It is still in submitted stage. Yesterday I got a mail to submit wes report by ordering a duplicate copy to Ontario. If not done in 14days my application will be deemed incomplete and I'll get a refund. Few insights about my profile.
Crs = 440
NOC = 2173
On September 15th I'll complete 3 years and would get 25 points extra taking my crs to 465

Now should I go for a refund by not providing the asked documents and wait for normal ITA or should I go with OINP provided it's gonna take another (2 months to get nomination )

Don't get panic jus calm down . U jus need to provide duplicate copy of ur ECA and within 24 hrs it'll be delivered .

They have asked so many ppl this common ADR request . Go for it

You can place order for a duplicate copy of ECA report to be sent to MCIIT (OINP) by WES by following steps given below.

1. On your WES dashboard, click on 'Order Report'
2. On the next page, select 'Immigration' from the dropdown list and continue to the next page
3. Select 'No' for Would you like a paper report sent to you?
4. Click on 'Add Recipient'
5. Select recipient as 'Provincial Nominee Program' from the dropdown list and continue to next page
6. On the next page select the radio button for the recipient 'Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT' and mention your Express Entry Profile Number in 'Attention' field and continue to the payment page.
7. Once you get the receipt for payment made (payment confirmation page or email receipt), you can save a copy.

Once you have placed the order, you can inform OINP by sending an email to them at ontarionominee@ontario.ca and expressentry@ontario.ca with the following details.

- Primary Applicant Name
- Express Entry Profile Number
- Job Seeker Code

You can attach the following to the email.

- WES Duplicate ECA Report Payment Receipt (for order placed for ECA Report to be sent to OINP)
- WES Evaluation Completed Notification (if you got one)
- WES Duplicate ECA Report (if evaluation is completed)

You will be charged around CAD 76. You are eligible to receive a refund of CAD 41.81. Whenever you place an order on WES for a duplicate copy of your ECA report to be made available to OINP, WES system also charges you for a copy to be made available to CIC (by default). In fact, you need not make the report available to CIC again as it is already available to CIC as per the first payment you made to WES (when you got your educational credentials assessed). So, you can request a refund from WES for CAD 41.81 for the extra report which you did not order (but the system selects it automatically).

Answer is simple, do you want to be stay in that province from a long term perspective or want flexibility of staying in any province where you get a job. Depending on job, opportunities and your desire take that decision, 465 for sure will get you an ITA in future and save some money as well.
