I am on implied statuts and I might be expecting a rejection soon on my WP ext. However, If a draw were to happen for OINP HCP and if I receive an invite should I be rejecting that because I do not have legal status or can I move back to my home country once I receive and invite and process the application from there ?
Please suggest me on how to proceed with my application.
