Experience: 16 years
Have valid offer for Ontario
Have approved LMIA, NOC 0213
IELTS Score - Reading 6.0, Writing 6.5, Listening 8.0, Speaking 7.5
ECA as per WES: Bachelors
CRS score: 344 points
My employer in Ontario has already applied for my work permit online, and it is under process.
I haven't started my PR process, and have following queries -
1) What is the process to get provincial nomination for Ontario under Foreign Worker – Employer Job Offer Stream - NOC 0213? How easy it is to get it and how much time it takes to get nomination certificate from Ontario?
2) Can I initiate Ontario Provincial Nominee process myself or this has to be done by my employer, or both?
3) Since my work permit is under process, assuming that I will get approval on work permit in next couple of months and then I will join my job in Ontario. Should I initiate my PR process now or wait to land in Canada?
4) If I initiate my PR now and then travel to Canada on work permit, will there be any issue because I initiated my PR while I was outside Canada and then moved to Canada on work permit? Will I have to come back to my home country once my PR is approved and then return to Canada to do PR 'landing'?
