Future OINP applicants have to remain positive and wait until Nov/Dec 2016.
Else, they can determine their eligibility for other PNPs and apply accordingly.

We all just have to stay positive as we explore available options.

What if they come up with some change in eligibility criteria for Skilled Workers and may be more surprise.

Expect the unexpected :)

It's just a question of waiting for another 6 to 7 months. So yes, remain positive.
Else, if you are willing to opt for another PNP, then you are free to do so.

Well, the current eligibility criteria for selection (400 CRS points or above) and sending PT NOI itself is not so easy. I doubt if they can get anything more strict. Having said that, we never know what they can announce.

People without a PT but with 400+ points really need to get a reality check. From the looks of it, OINP might not send PTs till November 2016. If you are willing to wait, that's fine but if you think you are wasting time, start exploring other options - SINP, NSNP, PEI. Keep yourself updated and when these PNPs open, apply to them.

I wish you good luck and all the very best!

You will get direct ITA at 466, just be patient for a month or two.
