OINP EOI criteria - 2017

Assuming OINP resumes sending EOI for 2017 Quote, I am curious like others to know if there is any criteria which OINP follows to send EOI to applicants. We have thousands of applicants with 400+ points waiting for OINP so how does OINP bifurcates EOI for Inland and Outland applicants? Does OINP pick applicants based on higher points or higher Educational background or NOCs or Inland experiences ? Its very intriguing to understand how the system in OINP works, I have heard ppl recreating profiles for OINP to get EOI so is it new profiles that triggers no idea.

Any ideas experts?

Well, chances are minimum score would be well over 400 to avoid these issues

Possibly , they can also focus on specific NOC's

Again, we have to wait and watch until they come with the rule book.

We are all eagerly waiting for OINP to announce. I was wondering if I have to recreate profile when it opens to get EOI triggered not sure how this actually works and it is misleading in one way.

I think it would make more sense to recreate close to the date Ontario will start sending PT's

This way we will be closer to one year mark from EE profile perspective and last year Ontario picked up latest created profiles
