I completed my post graduation course in April,2022. I received job offer as a Quality engineer. I think Job duties fall under NOC A. Will I eligible for OINP? DO I need to create express entry pool file first?

Hi,

Get your NOC code confirmed. If it falls under OINP's Tech Category, then yes you will be eligible.

Also, having an express entry profile is mandatory for OINP's Tech stream.
