OINP CLB Level

Hi Guys,
My IELTS score is (6,6,6,6) which i think is CLB 7. Is the CLB calculated in the same way either for PNP or FSW?
My overall CRS = 357 what options do I have other than retaking IELTS.

And which PNP stream should i follow (NOC2141 = Industrial Engineer)

Please guide
