OINP cancelled file

hello guys, please I need your suggestion regarding OINP. I got invitation in feb 2016, 2 days before I got my file back saying signature was missing in one of the document. Now I have to do all from the scratch by creating new CEC profile or I can send them the same documents with my signature on the basis of same invitation I got before when OINP again starts sending invitations.
Please suggest.

It should have come with a letter explaining the cancellation. What does the letter tell you to do next? Did they say you can reapply right away?

Thanks for the reply, they just told me to start from the scratch, I have to do the whole process again. That's not fare at all.

They say loud and clear if the package is deemed incomplete, they will cancel the application.
You have no option but to start from scratch.

You are lucky if you can re-apply for the stream you applied before.
If not, than you are out of luck, i.e. Human Capital Priorities.
