OINP application taking longer then avg processing time

Hi everyone, has anyone received any updates from OINP who has applied after March?
I received NOI on March 23rd under the skilled trades stream and applied on 4th of April. Till then my application status is showing submitted.
Application processing time is upto 120 days, but still no update.
I have tried contacting them through email, but no response.
