Yes. They are processing an "okay" number of applications. IMO, we are perceiving it as slow because we have a very less sample set to analyze. I wish all November applicants receive their AORs by the end of Feb.

If your score is over 400, you should get the PT notification of interest from Ontario in a few days. If you don't get it even after a week, consider recreating your profile.
