OINP Application sent in November 2015

Hi ,

The DD which i submitted is having validity of 90 days , which are already passed now . Any info how i need to proceed in this scenario .

Please check with your bank if it's already en-cashed?

I highly doubt that they have encashed the DD as they send the DD back in case application is incomplete . I feel they will encash the DD after AOR.

In any case i will go to bank branch to check , on phone they refused to tell me the status of DD.

What may have happened that they have already checked your application for completeness (a condition must for issuing AORs) but stopped short of actually issuing it to you, to modulate (manage) their nomination response timelines of 90 days. Hence could have en-cashed the DD.

Your bank query will validate this hypothesis.

Hello everyone
I am new to this forum and i hope someone could guide me regarding Canada PNP.

I received a notification of interest through my express entry profile on 25th of Sept 2015. i gathered all the documents and sent the application via FedEx on 5th of November which was supposed to be delivered on the last day of the provided 45 days i.e on 9th of November 2015. unfortunately the FedEx people didn't ship my documents on the same day which resulted in my application being delivered to Canada one day late on 10th of November 2015.

I did not receive and email or acknowledgement and waited for 90 days to pass by. On 9th February 2016 i emailed at ontarionominee@ontario.ca. but no response was received. Then i emailed again on 29th February 2016. On 1st march i received an email in correspondence to my 29th Feb email that my application was received by them and is currently pending a completion check.

On 3rd mach i received another email in correspondence to the email sent on 9th Feb that my application has been returned on 1st march 2016 because it was not received within 45 days of the issuance of notification of interest.

PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT SHALL I DO NEXT.

Really sorry to hear this especially after so much wait. Since the application is returned there is no much that can be done again.
I,ll advice you re-create your EE profile to see if you would get another notification Then apply again.
Dont give up.

My application arrived at Ontario on Nov 26th / FSW / still waiting for AOR like most people here. Good luck to all of us

OINP Timeline sheet indicates, A few AOR has been send to FSW category from Nov 2015 onwards. Almost 4 months have passed If it continue like this, Our DD oe EE profile get expired. !!
I guess AOR minimum time can go more than 150 days for OINP.
Is it same as other PNP programs ?
One of my friend said PEI PNP program will take 30days only !! Is it true ?
Quebec PNP program close at march 31st, Can i apply ? any issues ?

I tried my level best to enquire the Status of DD from My bank (HSBC) But they are only giving me a response that they cannot confirm whether DD is encashed or not .

Please suggest what should i do to know the Status of DD

Hi everyone,
Please help out clearing my confusion.

I sent my 1st application to OINP on 07/10/2015. I later found that I missed out entering few details and send 2nd form on 19/11/2015. OINP asked me to choose with which application should they proceed. Being scared that my application may get returned, I opted for the 2nd form I sent on 19th November, 2015. AND clearly mentioned that all the documents and DD sent with the 1st form are in compliance with the Application Guide.

I emailed them and asked about the update on 19th Feb, 2016 and received the same reply that everyone might have got. "Due to high volumes of application, process is slow. Your application is in queue."

My confusion is, when they'd start processing my documents, will they consider the documents i have sent with 1st form. (OINP has acknowledged the receipt of both packages!!!!!)

If I count form 19th November, its already 107 days. Is it going to take this long?

Guys, one small help! I have taken my IELTS again and scored 9 BAND( listening 8.5) and finally got a CRS 475.

Now I have updated the MY CIC application and suddenly I got a message not eligible and my profile is not not editable.

I am creating a new profile now and I am sure with 475, I will get ITA.

Now, I have an OINP in progress based on previous EE number and Job bank code. Will I have to resubmit a new application to OINP now that my profile is ineligible (god knows why) ???

Frankly, I believe I will get ITA in next draw so I want to withdraw from OINP only after I get the ITA. So could I withdraw by sending a email or should I send a physical mail? How long will it take to confirm my withdrawal and will they send me my DD back or charge me?? I know I have asked so many questions but please replyyy ))

It seems to me that your profile became ineligible due to the change (update) in LICO by IRCC, and your LICO still showed the old value, while you were making changes to your ITELTS Score, hence it not got frozen/locked as ineligible. (I agree this is a bug that IRCC should work on to eliminate, and many applicants have fallen prey to this...It's really sad )

You will need to create a fresh profile (with Job Bank registration) and wait for ITA in the next draw. All this you need to do before 9th March as there may be a draw this Wednesday.
