OINP Application sent in November 2015

Hello,

I am trying to figure out and connect with the people who have sent their application in November.

This thread could help to post any updates or useful information that you find out.

Speculation is a drug best avoided. However, please clearly mention if you are speculating.

I have responded to the OINP PT and sent all docs which reached there on 5th November.

However, just came accross the update from OINP which is bad news, http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html
"Program Update: Temporary pause on OINP “base” stream applications"

So I think we all have to wait longer now!

Thanks for the information mits.

However, we are not under the base stream so this does not apply to us.

That being said, we would hear shortly on the EE stream for Ontario since it is nearing year end. Lets hope for some positive news.

Below is my timeline :

EE profile - 12th October, 2015
Ontario PT - 16th October, 2015
Documents sent - 3rd November, 2015
Documents received by Ontario - 5th November, 2015
AOR - Awaited
Nomination - Awaited

Well, some people called up Ontario Immigration office yesterday and they were all told that applicants whose applications were received on or before 15th September would be given AOR s shortly. All the applications received after that would be processed in 2016 . So, looks like we have a long wait ahead.

Plus, there is a worry about the DD. My DD would expire in the last week of April. Hope they cash it before that.

Raj I guess they might be processing applications received from 1st - 15th and 16th - 30th / 31st?

Base stream is for applicants who are looking for a pre-screening for job offer. Does not apply to us!

Hi raj, are u sure about it？It will not apply to EE？My package will be delivered to the office today. I had worried that they will return it to me since it is after Nov. 16. Your post is a great relief to me!

Please be advised that each one of you who has got a PT AND who have already/are going to submit a COMPLETE application package within the 45 day mark from the date of PT (Human Capital priorities Stream AND Fresh Speaking Workers Stream) WILL HAVE YOUR APPLICATIONS PROCESSED, NO MATTER HOW LONG THE DELAY IS..

All your applications will be processed. The only reason they will return your application is when you have sent in an incomplete application. THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF CAP.

The news from OINP office is that people who have submitted their applications before September 15, 2015 will have their applications processed this year. Applications submitted after that will be processed in 2016. Nonetheless, the applications will be processed.

I applied on Nov 3rd. Today, I got request so submit schedule 4A, as I far as I know, its only for those nominated under business, entrepreneur, or self-employed category form. Do I still have to submit this ?? thanks in advance !!

No. Submit Schedule 4 and write a letter explaining that Schedule 4A is not applicable to you.
