OINP application form: type or write by hand. Plz advise

Do I have to fill OINP Nominee Application by hand or typing? I tried to type but Adobe is not allowing to do it.
Please advise. Thanks.

hi, thanks for the response. I downloaded adobe but still it's not possible to type in.
