OINP and virtual office

Hello all,

My company is willing to support me to apply OINP but the problem is that they don't have the real office, eveyone is working from home. Is that still eligible? Have you had experience for this case? Please help.

So where are they located in Ontario? They have to have a location for tax purposes. The rules says:

To qualify under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream, your employer must:

• have been in active business for at least three years prior to submitting your application
• have business premises in Ontario where you will work
