OINP ADR

I have received an ADR. However neither the mail nor the portal shows what documents they need. they status shows submitted & in the upload section they are saying nothing is required to be done from my side. On top of all, they have only given 1 day to respond. anyone has seen this before? would really appreciate any help here.

Nothing to be done.. it means your file has moved to assessement..
