I wanted to inquire, that which NOCs are eligible to apply for OINP? I am ACCA member, currently associated with risk advisory services (Internal audit and advisory)

NOC 1111. This is the one i used for my EE. It covers nearly all aspects of Accountants such as Internal to External Auditors to bookkeepers etc.
