OHIP eligiblility for open work permit holder working full time through agency.

Hi,
I am currently having the post grad work permit and I am working full time for one company through agency.
I went to the service Ontario for issuing of OHIP,but they denied me by saying the employment letter is not valid.
So,anyone have idea that what should the employment letter consist?
Or is there any sample for that?

Please reply if you have any knowledge it would be really helpful.

I know its too late to reply, however this will help other international students like me in Canada to get their queries regarding oHip answered.

Make sure you take the originals with u, an original signed letter on company letter head is rrequired confirming:
-employees occupation
-employee is working Fulltime
-must state duration of employment (until when ur company wishes to employ u, oHip will cover u until that date)
-must specify exact start date of employment
-must state the employment location in the body of the letter.

Electronic documents are not accepted.
make sure u take ur Current Pay slip
