OHIP application for dependant with Sponsor AoR

Hi - My 2 year old is here on visitor record. Her PR application is in process. I recently received the AoR for her sponsorship application.

My question is can I apply for her OHIP with this letter? Both my spouse and I are PR.

The child will only qualify for OHIP once they have PR. You can certainly try with the letter but should expect to be turned down.
