Hi,

So I am currently a student in Canada and my education will be done in one month. I'll be applying for PR soon with FSW express entry as I have enough points (Around 490)

So when I applied for the student visa, I submitted Indian work experience documents for the three companies, let say..Company A, Company B, Company C.

So the problem is, I am not on good terms with the owner of Company A.

When I am applying for PR, I would rather only submit Company B and Company C and not submit details for Company A, as the owner may screw me up by saying he never worked here just to screw my application up. Because I know he is such a psycho! I don't want to take any chance with him.

Even if I just show company B and company C documents, I will get 470 CRS score. So I'll get ITR anyway even if I don't show company A

So my question is, is it okay if I not show company A documents for foreign experience as I mentioned above? The only concern is, during application of student visa, I had also included the work experience letter of Company A, so would it be a problem that I don't submit it during PR application?

I know it's a weird case. I would appreciate any advice.

Actually, this is not a weird question at on. You can exclude Company A from the Work Experience section. Instead, declare it in the Personal Activity section. Since you don't claim points for this activity, IRCC won't ask you to submit any documents.
A lot of candidates declared their experience in this way because points given for foreign work experience are capped at 3 years.

Thanks for the reply. In my case Company A, B, C all included will give total of 3 years experience. If I show only 2 years, with company B and C and put company A in personal activity, doesn't IRCC find it suspicious?

Not really. You already lose your points doing so. Additionally, you do declare in the Personal Activities, which will be covered by the Police Clearance certs you submit.
