Currently in Canada on a 2 year contract with my company (Work permit supported with LMIA). Do I need to provide another 'offer of employment' from my company stating I will continue to be employment if granted PR?

Or is attaching my 2 year contract more than sufficient, as I'm less than 1 year into it.

Your current contract should be fine. But I will add another reference letter, stating when you started and they are looking forward to keep you on board. Just a simple up to date reference letter when you submit the application. Never hurts.

Yes, for at least one year from the date you become a PR.

Just out of curiosity, are you on a post-graduate work permit or another type of work permit?
