We are pleased to offer you a position with the Delta Hotel&Marriott on the following terms and conditions of the employment contract/appointment letter.


Employment Status: Single.



Position/Ref. Number: Accountant r / CHR - 057- AT4.



Basic Salary: [3500 CAD] per month.



Starting Date: As early as possible (Subject to clearance of your employment visa)


Accommodation: You will be provided with accommodation as per the hotel policy.


Meals: You will be provided [450 CAD] for the food.

Transportation: You will be provided with transportation facility as per the hotel policy.


Uniform/Laundry: As per the company policy.

Indemnity/Gratuity: Will be paid on unlimited contract terms, as per Canada labour Law


Contract: Your contract will be unlimited starting from the joining date.


Annual leave: You will be entitled to thirty(30) days paid leave per year after the Completion

Of Two (2) years of continuous service.


Other Benefits: Other employment benefits such as “salary increment, holiday pay, etc are in

Travel Expensive: Company shall shoulder cost 70% for your travel expenses to relocate to Canada

Be required to reimburse the full cost of hiring and travelling Expenses.


Should the hotel terminate your contract at any given time, the hotel will Be

Responsible for your repatriation.


This offer and any employment contract arising from your acceptance shall be subject to the Canadian Labour Law No. 8 of 1980, as amended.


This is only a provisional contract, as official employment contract agreement which contains all the provision mentioned above will be signed effective on the actual day you start your duty. This letter offer becomes invalid if not returned duly signed to the HR Coordinator within seven (7) days from receipt of this offer.

looks like scam to me.. on top of letter it's "Hotels & Marriott Canada".. At bottom of page, company name is "Hotel & Resort Canada".. Instead of Travel Expense, it's written Travel Expensive.. Address also doesn't match (they still can have a back office at different location)..

Still you can call hotel and confirm
