Sir I got a appointment and offer letter from THOMPSON HOTELS received mail is ( hrd_thompsonhotel@worker.com ) Also visa application form from indian canada embassy mumbai. Is it
Genuine or Fake..?

Almost certainly a scam.

As above almost certainly a scam even the email address being used should be a warning sign when you might expect it to be @thompsonhotels.com and not the one stated which might as well be a google mail one.
