Hello,

I have a job offer letter from Canadian company for Database administrator. Company started recently six months ago and it's not a fake I have verified it. Can you please tell me what all information do i need to show with offer letter ? Do I need to show company's turnover and/or my annual salary in the offer letter ? Is there any chances to get my application rejected because of new company ?

Thanks for your answers in advance !

Check this. Research on CIC website for more details if any other documents are required.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/hire/offers.asp

tell their candidate to create an Express Entry profile or update their existing one in MyCIC with the
Employer name and address,
Start date,
LMIA number, and
NOC Code related to the job

job offer letters need to include the salary, position/job title, number of hours worked per week, benefits, and duties/responsibilities, just like letters of reference. Most importantly, they ALSO need to state that the position being offered is for PERMANENT, non-seasonal, full-time employment, contingent upon your obtaining permanent resident status.

Note that if you want to get the additional 600 points - the company also needs to provide an approved LMIA.

Hi,
I am already working for a Canadian employer in spouse open work permit. I would like to know the process to obtain LMIA in my case.

Your employer needs to obtain the LMIA (not you). Process is here: http://www.esdc.gc.ca/en/foreign_workers/hire/median_wage/high/overview.page

It is the same process regardless of whether you already have the role or not.

Hi All,

I am a software professional, working in Canada over work permit. I applied for PR and got my ITA. I have few doubts about offer letter would appreciate if some one can answer:

1. I have offer letter (obtain during work permit process) which already has all the details asked in CIC but without any end date. It has start date and then it simply say I would be part of organization until I resign or company fire me. In this case, do I need to get an explicit letter from my organization saying Start and End date (one year commitment from organization if my PR get approved)?

2. The current offer letter is on letter head which has company's old address. Do I need to get it new letter head? Does this address change from my WP Letter can create problem?

Will appreciate suggestion.
