offer letter regarding query

hello sir,this is Abhishek Tiwari from India.I got my offer letter and agreement letter from a Canadian company named as Epsilon Energy Ltd.But they are asking me to pay for visa process.Is it genuine ? Please help me on this matter.

If you paste the job offer here with personal details removed then people can confirm but likely a scam as you should not be asked to pay any money
