JOB CONDITIONS
JOB LOCATION: The work Environment will be within the work metropolis of Cen Fresh Farms Inc. You are expected to report immediately to the Human Resource Manager upon arrival to conclude prospects of orientation and other logistics; you are required to come with the copies of your credentials for assessment and verification.
CONSULTING PERSONNEL: You shall be expected to work with a prime experienced in Cen Fresh Farms team with the mandate to provide excellent services.
SALARY INDICATION: YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE BASIC SALARY OF $5,780.00 CAD monthly (Four Thousand Seven Hundred and eighty Canadian Dollars).
TOTAL ALLOWANCES: $940.00 CAD (after all Tax deduction has been made).
WORKING HOURS: The working hours shall not exceed 6 to 8 hours a day, 6 days per week.
VISA PROCESSING EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY NEW EMPLOYEES: Cen Fresh Farms shall send all your essential documents and appoint a Canadian Immigration Attorney to assist you in getting your entry clearance to Canada. The Organization policy entails that you shall bear the cost of securing your entry clearance Immigrant Visa while Cen Fresh Farms provides your air ticket. The Organization shall reimburse the cost incurred during your visa processing after submitting the receipts as evidence of payment not later than Ten (10) Working days after submission of Employee's expense Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses. (After 3 days of arrival to job location).
SELF INTRODUCTION ON ARRIVAL: The Introduction on arrival is designed to facilitate a cordial relationship between expatriates and firm as well as the organizational structure with respect to the new project scope. Among reasons for self-introduction on arrival is to establish expatriates’ area of interest considering the project scope in order to facilitate an efficient division of labor on Job Locations with respect to the organization structure.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Safely and Security (Local / Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations, all workers are entitled to security both at work locations & Residential Quarters, all operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy. You are entitled to a free and mandatory safety course on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.
FEEDING & ACCOMMODATION: You will reside at the farm’s staff estate which is located on the farm Grounds. There are Single Bed-room and 2 Bedroom Flat options (with fitted and furnished kitchen) to choose from. You shall eat at the staff canteen free of charge as there are dietary options for vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians. We will provide you with comprehensive Health care and Medical checkup. During the one Month training program, the employee will undergo series of medical test Such as HIV Test, Malaria test, Yellow Fever and Tuberculosis to reconfirm the medical report conducted to secure Visa/Work Permit approval.
OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER: Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 2.4 GHz Processor, 8 GB RAM, 500GB Hard Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available. Phones: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) land-line and one (1) Mobile Telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.
PROCUREMENT OF YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Upon thorough review and acceptance of this Contract Package, you are to immediately contact The Visa/Work Permit processing officer with the information stated in your email to instruct and give you possible help on how to get your Visa/Work Permit.
SICK LEAVE: You must notify the organization and/or your immediate supervisor as soon as practicable if you are unable to work for medical reasons. Such notice shall be given within the first four (4) hours of the working day. In a case of emergency situation, an employee will be provided the best medical care. Employee is entitled to health Insurance Scheme under the law of state of Canada. You are entitled to fourteen (14) days of paid sick leave annually.
CONDUCT/CONFLICT OF INTEREST: Personal conduct is particularly important and you are expected to maintain proper decorum at all times. During your assignment with us, you must devote your entire time and attention to Services of the Organization and may not be or become involved in any services occupation or business without prior written consent of management.
CONFIDENTIALITY: You shall not, without the consent of the organization reveal, disclose or share information which is deemed confidential and trade secrets of the company to any third party.
GOVERNING LAW: This Letter of Contract shall be governed in accordance with the law of Canada. Please feel free to revert back to us on any questions about the offer. We are wishing you Success in your new assignment.
SPONSORSHIP / SCHOLARSHIP: The Company maintains a policy to give study scholarship to one child of our staffs. This study Scholarship is to assist our staffs give quality education to one of their Children with the Prospect of working with our Firm(s) in the future or any other place of choice so decided by the Scholarship beneficiary as part of our social responsibility to our staffs in appreciation a quality service delivery for the progress of our Firm(s) over the years.
INSURANCE: The employer currently maintains Disability insurance for all its employees during the term of this agreement. The employer shall maintain disability Insurance covering the employee on terms and condition no less favorable than the terms and conditions in effect you are required to take responsibility for your work permit visa processing and inform the company to pay for your flight ticket after your visa is completed. The visa cost will be reimbursed back to you as soon as you resume duty with us in Canada in line with the Firms policy on international applicants as stated above. You are expected to give us progress update on your visa processing between fifteen (15) days after receiving this appointment letter. Due to the sky-scraping number of applicant that we have on our database, all appointed applicants are advised to comply.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You are allowed to arrive here in Canada with your family members only, we shall Provide air ticket to your family members after Confirmation of their Visas.
